the hotel had a shop. it also offers a shuttle bus to soho square. the hotel provides excursions. i saw the main foyer cleaned early in the morning.

the staff was really nice i loved how clean my room was the food was pretty good i especially liked the variety at dinner the beach was easy to get to thanks to the hotel transport
the animation team played the music too loud sometimes it was hard to relax by the pool there wasn't always air conditioning in the lobby the wifi signal was weak in my room it was hard to stay connected

I enjoyed the helpful hotel staff. The breakfast had variety and the food tasted good. The pool facility, gym, and pool bar are great. The big reception area includes a waiting area. The facility seemed clean and the staff are very hospitable.

The location is central with many shops and restaurants nearby. Taxis are available all day. This made getting around simple and convenient for exploring local attractions.

The room featured comfortable beds and convenient bedside outlets. I found the shower to be fantastic and very hot , which I loved. The washbasin was large and had ample space for toiletries and the provided accessories.

The breakfast selection provided more than enough choices. I liked the chocolate and marmalade croissants. The American coffee was good enough. The food at night was also good , offering something to enjoy each evening.

loud musicrude staff
the music by the pool was too loud. it played all day every day. it was hard to relax. i also found some staff to be not very nice. they didnt seem to care much about guests needs.

The hotel advertised three bars, yet only two were operational. The pool bar closed promptly at 11 PM (unless you were a preferred guest), and the lobby bar required drink purchases after that time. I found food selection inadequate. Stale bread and curling cheese were persistent issues, a disappointing experience, especially for an all-inclusive hotel. The vodka smelled like turps, the beer was warm, and ice was scarce. My room went uncleaned, and soiled sheets were not changed despite my complaints.

the team makes me feel welcome. the rooms are clean and functional. communal areas are super clean. i even saw the foyer cleaned at 4.30am! the hotel shop, spa, beauty salon, and taxi service are great amenities. i loved the excursions and shuttle bus to a few beaches.
the music was loud by the pool. i did have to wear my noise eliminating headphones during the day.
